I am an educational technology leader and systems strategist specializing in forward-thinking instructional design. Currently serving as the Tech Innovation Coach at Tashkent International School in Uzbekistan, I partner with educators to architect learning environments that transition students from digital consumers to future-ready developers.

With over 15 years of experience across K-12 and district leadership, my focus is on intentional, human-centered technology integration that amplifies critical thinking, creativity, and student autonomy. I build the systems that prepare learners to navigate and master the tools of tomorrow.

The Westwood School

Most classroom technology focuses on consumption, but true innovation happens when students become the builders. I authored a K-8 Digital Design curriculum that intentionally shifts the focus from passive screen time to active production. By mastering coding, video editing, and content creation, students move beyond being users to becoming the digital developers of tomorrow.

Bridging the Digital and Physical Classroom

Technology should serve as a bridge for connection, not a digital distraction. I designed a district-wide Learning Management System (LMS) that prioritized teacher empowerment and student growth during the transition to digital spaces. By incorporating a student-led advisory group, I ensured that the technical infrastructure remained grounded in the real-world perspective of the learners it was built to serve.

Effective leadership in educational technology requires a balance of high-level project management and granular intentionality. I managed the integration of technology across eight public charter schools, implementing systems that automate access based on specific enrollment to reduce digital noise. My focus is on training educators to move past "using tools" toward meaningful integration that prepares students for their future careers.
